ENQUIRIES and Customer Support

Our graphics logo or copyright notice must appear on the same pages that the linkware graphics or page templates appear. Please link back on each page with the text link provided, or chioce of graphics button. Only paid for customised Linkware does not have to declare copyright or graphics design, but the garphics are still the intellectual property of and copyrighted by Animates.

Do not redistribute the artwork through any medium, either online, fixed or removable, or as your own, even if you have paid for a customised Linkware set, you may only use it on one site and we still own the copyright.
Sets may NOT be used as stationery in emails.
Sets may NOT be altered in any way ... that includes resizing, cutting, mixing with other sets, etc.
You don't have to use everything in each set, or set it up this way, but no part of the set may be used with any other background set. All of the fonts we use can be easily found on the many font archives located on the web.

You may not download and make use of any of our Linkware, free or otherwise if :

1) Your site involves illegal activies or piracy of any kind.
2) You don't credit artists/graphic sites with the use of graphics you display on your page not your own.
3) You don't agree to provide a linking logo and/or credit back to this site.

The above TERMS AND CONDITIONS are made reluctantly to protect hours of work, when/if you have designed your own websites and graphics, then you will understand the need for conditions of usage. We hope you enjoy using this Linkware.
